Property Management: How does it work? The WheelHouse team keeps on top of your homes maintenance needs. Coordinates qualified tradespeople and schedules them according to your home’s seasonal need. Our team is onsite with our trades as needed to ensure any questions are answered and the job is completed as expected.
Pricing : WheelHouse has two pricing models depending on your needs and the needs of your home. We have an hourly field & administrative consulting rate or annual flat rate.
Trade Pricing : Does WheelHouse get preferred pricing from vendors and trades you work with? Yes and we often pass that pricing though to the client. Transparency and trust is the key to our partnership.
First Meeting: The first time we meet we will walk through your home, talk about everything that works, anything that doesn’t and what your plans are for the future. The WheelHouse team will compile a report and start to tackle the list for you as well as identify your systems and compile a comprehensive maintenance plan.
